Rules and Regulations
-
All vendors must pay a $25.00 fee for the season, or a one-time vendor fee of $10.00. There will be no additional fees for the Sunday Marketplace.
-
I will comply with all Health Department, Fire Department, and Department of Agriculture guidelines, restrictions, and inspections. I understand that I may be asked to demonstrate compliance with these guidelines at any time.
-
Each vendor is encouraged, but not required, to carry a liability policy. As the host of the Marketplace, Pulaski on Main (POM) carries a policy to cover Pulaski on Main-sponsored events; however, this coverage does not extend to the individual vendors and their products. Pulaski on Main will not be held responsible or liable as it relates to individual items being sold, carried, stored, or otherwise maintained in your space, person, and/or vehicle should any of these items or employee/owner’s neglect cause injury or damage to any person(s) or property or any other situation in which damages could be sought. Pulaski on Main recommends that each vendor consult an insurance agent or company.
-
All goods sold must be grown, produced, and/or handcrafted by the vendor. No resale items will be permitted. All goods must be produced within a 75 mile radius of the Marketplace.
-
All vendors are responsible for obtaining a Town Business License (unless you already have one for the County of Pulaski), as well as the collection, reporting, and paying of sales tax to the Commonwealth of Virginia. Applicable forms are available at the Town Municipal office.
